The D17 visa is a Limited Stay Work Visa specifically designed for foreign nationals coming
to Indonesia to conduct audits or inspections for a period of up to one year.
Key Points about the D17 Visa:
• Validity: Up to one year, with the possibility of extension (check with Indonesian
immigration for details on extensions).
• Activities Permitted: Conducting audits or inspections within Indonesia. The specific type
of audit or inspection will likely need prior approval from the relevant Indonesian
authorities.
• Who Can Apply: Foreign nationals employed by companies outside Indonesia who are assigned
to conduct audits or inspections in Indonesia. This could be relevant to auditors,
inspectors, or compliance officers.
