C21 – Attend a judicial process
Visa Details
The C21 visa is designed for foreign individuals who need to enter Indonesia specifically to attend a judicial process. This could include being a witness, defendant, or participant in a court case or other legal proceeding. It allows for a single entry and a maximum stay of 60 days, with the possibility of extension.

Processing time :
- • Most tourist visas are processed within 6 to 7 working days.
- • We will send the visa to the registered email after your application is approved.
- • Your visa application may take longer to process if the information required for your visa is incomplete or missing.
You must :
- • Comply with laws and regulations.
- • Respect local customs, culture, and wisdom.
- • Have sufficient living expenses while in Indonesia.
Other information :
- • Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.
- • You are prohibited from selling goods or services.
- • You are prohibited from receiving rewards, wages, or any similar from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.
- • You are prohibited from working in an employment relationship with an individual or corporation in Indonesia
With this visa you can :
- • Carry out activities related to attending judicial process in Indonesia.
- • Conducting activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.
Note : This visa must be used within 90 days from the date of
issue.
