Visa Details
The C15 visa is a special visa designated for people who need to enter Indonesia to address
emergency situations. It is a single-entry visa, meaning you can only enter Indonesia once
with this visa.
Who Qualifies for a C15 Visa?
This visa is typically issued to those attending to urgent matters in Indonesia, such
as:
• Natural disasters: This could be for relief workers or those needing to visit family
affected by a natural disaster.
• Major machinery breakdowns: This might be for technicians needed to repair critical
equipment.
• Riots: Journalists or aid workers requiring entry due to civil unrest.

Up to 60 days (extendable)
Processing time :
- • Most tourist visas are processed within 6 to 7 working days.
- • We will send the visa to the registered email after your application is approved.
- • Your visa application may take longer to process if the information required for your visa is incomplete or missing.
You must :
- • Comply with laws and regulations.
- • Respect local customs, culture, and wisdom.
- • Have sufficient living expenses while in Indonesia.
Other information :
- • Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.
- • You are prohibited from selling goods or services.
- • You are prohibited from receiving rewards, wages, or any similar from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.
- • You are prohibited from working in an employment relationship with an individual or corporation in Indonesia
With this visa you can :
- • Carry out activities related to emergency and urgent work to overcome natural disasters, major machinery breakdowns, or riots.
- • Conducting activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.
Note : This visa must be used to enter Indonesia within a maximum
of 90 days from the date of issue.
