Visa Details
The C11 Visa is your key to showcasing your products and services at exhibitions and trade
fairs in Indonesia. This visa caters specifically to exhibitors, allowing them to
participate in these events and connect with potential customers and partners in the
Indonesian market.

The C11 Visa allows you to leverage the dynamic Indonesian market and showcase your
offerings to a vast audience. This visa facilitates your participation in industry-specific
events, enabling you to generate leads, build brand awareness, and explore potential
partnerships with Indonesian companies.

Up to 60 days (extendable)
Processing time :
- • Most tourist visas are processed within 6 to 7 working days.
- • We will send the visa to the registered email after your application is approved.
- • Your visa application may take longer to process if the information required for your visa is incomplete or missing.
You must :
- • Comply with laws and regulations.
- • Respect local customs, culture, and wisdom.
- • Have sufficient living expenses while in Indonesia.
Other information :
- • Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.
- • You are prohibited from selling goods or services, unless necessary as part of the MICE or Trade Fair in which you are participating.S
- • You are prohibited from receiving rewards, wages, or any similar from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.
With this visa you can :
- • Conducting activities related to market goods or services in MICE or Trade Fair.
- • Conducting activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.
Note : This visa must be used within 90 days from the date of issue. Please note that the visa validity period is different from the period of stay, please check your visa for Information on the period of stay.
