C20 – Install and Repair Machines
Visa Details
The C20 visa is a Single Entry Business Visa designed for foreign nationals traveling to
Indonesia specifically to perform the installation and repair of machines originating
abroad.
Key Points about the C20 Visa:
• Validity: Up to 90 days from the date of issue (be sure to check the validity period on
your actual visa).
• Activities Permitted: Installing and repairing machines originating abroad, typically as
part of the purchase agreement for those machines. You can also engage in limited tourism
activities during your stay.
• Who Can Apply: Foreign nationals employed by companies outside of Indonesia who are
assigned to install or repair machines sold to Indonesian customers.

Up to 60 Days (Extendable)
Processing time :
- • Most tourist visas are processed within 6 to 7 working days.
- • We will send the visa to the registered email after your application is approved.
- • Your visa application may take longer to process if the information required for your visa is incomplete or missing.
You must :
- • Comply with laws and regulations.
- • Respect local customs, culture, and wisdom.
- • Have sufficient living expenses while in Indonesia.
Other information :
- • Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.
- • You are prohibited from selling goods or services, unless necessary as part of the MICE or Trade Fair in which you are participating.
- • You are prohibited from receiving rewards, wages, or any similar from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.
- • You are prohibited from working in an employment relationship with an individual or corporation in Indonesia
With this visa you can :
- • Carry out activities related to machine installation and repair services in Indonesia as part of the purchase of a machine from abroad.
- • Conducting activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.
Note : This visa must be used within 90 days from the date of
issue.
