These terms apply to visa, tour and travel services provided by ATC Travel & Tourism Services (“ATC”). By asking us to act for you, you accept them.
Visa services
- ATC prepares, submits and tracks visa applications. Visa decisions are made by the issuing government. We cannot guarantee approval or a processing time.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide. Incomplete or incorrect documents may delay or refuse an application.
- Government fees are set by the authorities and may change without notice. Service fees are agreed before we submit.
- If an application is refused for reasons outside our control, government fees already paid are not refundable. Our service fee policy for refusals is explained in your quote.
Tours and packages
- Package prices are quoted per person or per package, as shown, and are valid for the dates and group size quoted. Hotels, flights and meals are included only when listed.
- Itineraries may change for weather, safety, availability or local events. We will offer a comparable alternative where we can.
- Cancellation and change fees depend on the suppliers involved and are shown in your booking confirmation.
Travel responsibility
Travellers must hold a valid passport, meet the entry rules of the destination and obey local laws. We recommend travel insurance for every trip.
Liability
ATC is not liable for losses caused by government decisions, airline or supplier failures, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
