Questions

Good to know.

My company already exists. What do you need for the 2-year investor e-visa and ITAS?

The company deed of establishment (AKTA) and any deed amendments, the company tax number (NPWP), the Ministry approval letter (SK), the Business Identification Number (NIB) and the OSS account login. We check them and submit the 2-year investor e-visa, then arrange the ITAS limited stay permit on arrival.

How long does it take?

Company registration plus the E28A investor KITAS typically takes 4–6 weeks. If your company already exists, the KITAS alone takes about 7–14 working days.

How much capital do I need?

The E28A investor KITAS generally requires planned investment capital of IDR 10 billion (about USD 650,000), with at least IDR 1 billion per individual shareholder. We confirm the current rules before you commit.

Do I need a company before I apply?

Yes, a legally established PT PMA. If you do not have one yet, ATC can help you establish it, then submit your KITAS application.

Can my family come with me?

Yes. Your spouse and children can join on dependant KITAS. The E28A is valid for 2 years, extendable without leaving Indonesia, with a path to permanent residency (KITAP) later.

Timelines and fees shown are indicative and confirmed by ATC before you commit. Government fees and minimum capital follow current BKPM / immigration rules.
