Privacy policy

How ATC handles the personal information and documents you share with us.

ATC Travel & Tourism Services (“ATC”, “we”) arranges visas, tours and corporate travel from our offices in Bali, Jakarta and Hafizabad. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we look after it.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address and the company or group you represent.
  • Travel and identity documents needed for a visa application: passport copies, photos, tickets, bookings, bank statements, invitation letters and, where a visa requires it, employment, education, marriage or medical documents.
  • Messages you send us on WhatsApp, email, the website form or the ATC Assistant chat.
  • Website usage: standard server logs and page statistics from Google Analytics, which show us which pages are visited and from where, not who you are.

Why we use it

  • To prepare, submit and track your visa application with the issuing government and its appointed partners.
  • To quote and arrange tours, transfers and group travel.
  • To answer your questions and keep you updated on your application.
  • To meet legal duties, including sponsorship and immigration reporting in Indonesia.

Who sees it

Your documents are shared only with the government offices and service partners needed to process your application, such as immigration authorities, embassies, hotels and transport providers. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep application records for as long as needed to support your visa, extensions and renewals, and to meet record-keeping rules. Ask us to delete your documents once your application is complete and we will do so unless a legal duty requires us to keep them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact our Pakistan office or our Bali office using the details on the Contact page.
